Delivery

How long does delivery normally take?

We aim to dispatch your order the same day (week days only) if the order is received by 12pm.  Our standard delivery is between 2-5 working days depending on carrier used and area, it could be longer.

If you need your goods for a specific date, please choose our express service, if you order before 12pm we will dispatch the same day, delivery is normally 1-3 working days.

Pre 1pm delivery only applies to orders received before 12pm week days.

Where is my order?

Please use the tracking number provided on your dispatch email or contact us we can give you an ‘estimated’ delivery date.

Do I need to sign for my delivery?

Delivery is now contact free, photo evidence may be taken, please ensure someone is available to accept the delivery (samples will be in an envelope so will fit through most letter boxes). If you are shielding and/or not able to accept a parcel, please contact the carrier and state a ‘safe place’ for delivery.

I can’t see my country when I try to order

For other countries, we’re happy for you to arrange collection/delivery yourself using an international courier, please contact us for more details.

International Taxes and Duties

If you’re ordering from outside the UK, we will ship DDU (delivered duty unpaid) from our Warehouse in Co Durham.  This means that the cost of import tax, duties and any fees are not included in the price of your purchase on our website.  These costs will be billed separately by the courier upon or before delivery, it is your responsibility to pay these costs, not Create Your World.  Unfortunately the charge is determined by your local customs authority and we are unable to advise on this prior to delivery, please contact your tax office directly and request the import rate for self adhesive vinyl or whichever product you are buying from us.
